Tranportation
Talking about transportation in Melbourne, after a lot of criticism Connex is finally trying to reach the satisfaction levels of the commuter. I am a early bird passenger myself and I have closely watched their actions on their own weakness. Their recent actions include
1> Setting up a Customer service centre in Flinder Street station
2> New and additional trains to several routes
3> New seat covers getting changed
4> Frequent house keeping in the trains
5> More and immediate spot fines for trouble makes and 'graffiti' designers !
6> Most of all timely trains
